Yvonne is an amazing realtor! I googled realtors a year ago as I wanted to start investing in Las Vegas, I reached out to her and we connected and discussed everything from top to bottom on what I was looking for and everything about investing in Las Vegas. We started looking at listing, as I live in California she literally conducted walkthroughs of the properties by phone and reported back on any small issues on the house I was interested in. Even when I changed plans and started looking at properties elsewhere she maintained a great level of professionalism. When I reached back out to her this year she was out of town but you'd never know it, she maintain constant contact and did all the paperwork and negotiation, mind you she was on vacation and on the other side of the planet! When I flew to Vegas she scheduled a staff member to pick me up from the airport to view the property. We were able to close on the property and are engaged to look at more properties for investing!
