I googled realtors a year ago as I wanted to start investing in Las Vegas, I reached out to her and we connected and discussed everything from top to bottom on what I was looking for and everything about investing in Las Vegas. We started looking at listing, as I live in California she literally conducted walkthroughs of the properties by phone and reported back on any small issues on the house I was interested in. Even when I changed plans and started looking at properties elsewhere she maintained a great level of professionalism. When I reached back out to her this year she was out of town but you'd never know it, she maintain constant contact and did all the paperwork and negotiation, mind you she was on vacation and on the other side of the planet! the last property I bought recently was a short sale, she managed to get my offer in out of total 9 offers, many are cash offers! She is a very hardworking individual, she does not have a fancy car to drive you around, but she gets the job done. She is not some agent trying to make a sale to get the commission, she will tell you to walk away from the deal if it is not a good one, she is on your side. A. I was referred to Yvonne Khoo through a property investment group. Q. How did you feel after our first day's meeting and subsequent/viewing properties all over the LV valley? A. Being new to the Valley, my goal was to purchase a home that was 1) close to work, 2) in a safe community and 3) I could easily rent if I decided to move. If you are looking for a property in Vegas, I highly recommend Yvonne as your agent. I bought several SFHs thru her in the past couple of years with great experience. She is not into the quick sale and collect the commission. It is all about long term. She wants you to come back to her as a long term client (upgrade, another purchases, referrals, etc). She would tell you not to buy if she does not feel it is a fair or good deal. Most agents want you to make an offer just to close the deal and move on. Since I am an out of town buyer, she would take hundreds of pictures for me to assess the house. Very responsive and always get back to you quickly. Even at 11pm at night. Just amazing. A++++
